Michael Dunlap
Michael Dunlap is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in automotive and insurance technology. As the Founder and CEO of Hail No®, he leads the development of innovative weather protection solutions for automotive businesses. Michael also serves as CEO of Embedded Insurance, Inc., an insurtech company. Previously, Michael held executive roles at Schomp Automotive Group, where he expanded operations across multiple states, and led regional marketing for BMW and Rolls-Royce North America.
Brent Tally
Brent Tally has nearly 20 years of experience in construction project management, building design and dealership facility planning. Prior to co-founding Hail No, Brent was responsible for construction and dealership design for the Van Tuyl Group and founded TallyCM, which specializes in the planning, development and construction management of Automotive Dealership Facilities. He has overseen the development and building needs of more than 65 dealerships and service centers. Throughout his experience he gained valuable insights on Factory mandated re-imaging guidelines, municipal zoning regulations, vendor bid processing, cost estimation, environmental sustainability programs, and long term facilities management.
Melissa Jeffrey
With over 11 years of experience in commercial construction project management, Melissa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Hail NO as our Senior Project Manager. She has a proven track record in managing commercial projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards. Since 2018, Melissa has also focused on the automotive industry, gaining a deep understanding of its unique operations and needs. She has successfully built ground-up automotive dealerships and completed multiple multi-million dollar remodels, showcasing an ability to manage complex projects and meet demanding timelines. Melissa holds a Professional Construction Management Certification from UC Davis and a Project Management Certification from PMI, further solidifying her commitment to excellence in project management practices. At Hail NO, she is excited to lead projects that provide innovative solutions in hail damage mitigation, leveraging her extensive background to drive success for our clients and the company.
William Dunlap
William Dunlap is Manager of Business Development at Hail No. He spent eight years in the military before moving into project management and business operations, and is a certified Project Management Professional with an MBA in Business Analytics. At Hail No, he takes a practical, relationship-focused approach to helping clients reduce hail risk.
